Extensions Dance Company to Open Extensions Dance Studio in February 2012

Extensions Dance Company (Chicago, IL ) announced today that it open a brand new dance training facility, Extensions Dance Studio, in February of 2012.

The new space, which totals nearly 5,000 square feet, and will include 2 large dance studios, 2 dressing rooms, 3 bathrooms, an office, kitchenette with full size fridge, and sitting/homework areas.  Spanning the entire top floor of the building at 3933 North Elston, the studio has its own entryway directly from Elston Avenue and is a very convenient 3 minutes off of I-90/94.  Some luxuries include 18' ceilings, 7 beautiful skylights and a balcony overlooking Elston Avenue from the smaller studio. Extensions Dance Studio will have state of the art sprung floors with top of the line Marley to encourage healthy training.

Extensions Dance Company is a not for profit corporation that provides excellence in dance education to exceptional students from 8-18 years of age.  Extensions was founded in 2005 by Lizzie Mackenzie on the premise that by providing an encouraging, positive environment that promotes hard work, dedication and compassion for others, her students would become not only the best dancers they could be but also productive, well-educated members of society.
