Brianna Noe, 17, Hometown: Aurora, Illinois
Metea Valley High School (Aurora, Ill.)
Bri is currently a junior at Metea Valley and is in her sixth year with Extensions. Some of her favorite things (besides dance of course!) include hot yoga, running, eating protein bars, baking, and playing violin.
Since taking her first dance class at her Naperville YMCA at age 3, Bri has never wavered in her love and passion for dance. She danced on performing groups for both Steps Dance Center and Midwest Edge Dance Academy prior to joining Extensions.
Over this past summer, Brianna went to New York to attend a dance intensive at NYU's Steinhardt School. Not only did she see seven Broadway shows for free, but she met amazing friends, teachers, and artists who all pushed her and inspired new aspects of her dancing. She also experienced the Alonzo King LINES Summer Program in San Francisco, California in the summer of 2015. Over the years, she has loved taking classes from many amazing teachers, including Robert Moses, Sean Rozanski, Mike Gosney, Ben Wardell, Ricky Ruiz, and Miranda Borkan, as well as the faculty at River North Dance Chicago as a part of its workshops and Teen Intensives.
Brianna is undoubtedly grateful for crossing paths with Lizzie six years ago as she has inspired her in many ways beyond dance. Bri would also like to thank the entire Extensions family for being the best home-away-from-home group she could ask for. She wouldn't be the person she is today without their driving care.
